Dog Registration - 12/14/09 A dog registration is now in effect and all homeowners will be required to register their dog and obtain a dog tag that identifies the dog has been registered. Download here! RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE DOGS! |
Community Standards - 12/14/09 The association is paying closer attention to personal property is left in front of homes and in the patio areas. Please be advised that you are not allowed to leave personal property in front of their homes and in the balconies you may only have bycycles, patio furniture and barbeques. |

Credit Cards will be accepted - 2/15/10 Las Brisas at Doral Community Association will soon be accepting credit card payments. We will create a link to the site that works in conjunction with banking institution for the communites. The Master Association will be the first to accept and the Condo Associations will soon follow. Come back often the website should you be interested in this option. It will fall under the payments tab. |
Personal Property & Common Area- 1/6/10 Please keep in mind that in your limitied common area (cement slab by your sliding glass door) is the area in which you may keep your bicycles, patio furniture and barbeques only. We have allowed plants as well even though it is not stipulated. No personal property may be kept in the grass, rocks, dirt or behind AC units. We are only re-enforcing the current rules and asking you to adhere to them. |
